Eastern philosophies have fascinated me ever since I visited Thailand and a buddhist temple for the first time at very young age. My first experience with yoga was when I was 15 years old and signed up to an Ashtanga beginner course. But actually, it wasn’t love at first sight for me. I wasnt flexible at all back then and it felt very uncomfortable. I refrain yoga for couple years but found it again while travelling and studying abroad and wanting to find an exercise I could do whenever wherever. I tried different styles of yoga and fell in love with vinyasa. I had been practising yoga for almost 10 years when the idea of becoming a yoga teacher started to form and in 2018, I made the decision to get my yoga teachers certificate. I wanted to bring the happiness what I find from yoga for others too. I have had different kind of jobs during and after university but teaching yoga has given me so much more than anything else before. I´m always looking ways to deepen my practice and still trying different styles and techniques. The best thing about yoga is that it helps you to learn more about yourself, your mind and body.
