Yoga for me is about creating space, quieting the noise and harnessing the potential to live with greater ease, compassion and connection.
My personal journey started in 2015 whilst traveling, studying 200hrs in Ashtanga, Vinyasa Yoga Flow in India. I was hooked, scratching the surface of something vast and beautiful. I have continued to train and study each year, unpacking what Yoga truly mean to me.
My heart is firmly rooted in sharing the joy of yoga and the tools to helps individuals to live wholeheartedly, playfully, and step into an experience as life as sacred. My classes include intelligent movement, breath control (pranayama), contemplation, philosophy and at the heart, meditation.
