Yoga appeared in my life 8 years ago in Brazil and since then it has always been present in my life in one way or another.
I have tried different styles of yoga (Asthanga, Kundalini ...) until I found Vinyasa Yoga, with which I flow through music, breathing and movement in harmony. After all, life is like a melody, a different rhythm for each moment, it is what I experience with asanas and I like to transmit. The base of my studies began with Human Nutrition, but since I finished my degree at the University, I have not been able to settle for just eating, since nutrition must be seen as a holistic system and for me the practice of yoga, meditation, philosophy, Mindfulness, Ayurveda Therapy, contact with Nature, etc. are an essential part of my "weekly diet". I am passionate about being aware that the discipline of Yoga is forever, that I can advance a little more every day, perfecting the postures thanks to biomechanics, and thus bring more balance between body-mind and spirit, observing how I feel in each asana and paying attention to any sensations or emotions that appear, which always offers a great lesson. |
