Despite having been practicing martial arts for more than 15 years, it was by pure chance that I discovered yoga. I accepted the invitation of a friend to attend a soft vinyasa, and when I left, my body was shaking and I felt a sense of openness and well-being that is difficult to describe.
I had been practicing boxing, wrestling and self defense for many years, but yoga added something deeper to my life, a tranquility and a unique awareness not only of my body, but also, and above all, of my mind.
I immediately started practicing yoga every day and the rest of the disciplines benefited incredibly. Better still, I was calmer, calmer and at peace with myself and with the world. For this reason, I also decided to train in Yoga, and I began a path that would improve my body and my life exponentially.
I overcame several serious injuries from wrestling thanks to certain asanas, changed my eating habits and became a vegetarian, and little by little I switched from self-defense classes to yoga classes, which I ended up dedicating myself exclusively to.
