I started practicing yoga because of a physical problem, and this discipline would revolutionize my life forever.
I have learned to know better myself, both from the outside and the inside, and I have discovered a new way of seeing life.
I decided to study Psychology in university, I have always liked being able to help people, but when I finished my studies I did not feel prepared to devote myself to it. I had several jobs, trying to find my place in the world. Until I discovered yoga, after a little more than a year of practice I decided to train as a teacher, I wanted to give others the opportunity to discover everything that I had found and learned in this beautiful discipline, and I am not only talking about physical changes, but mental, emotional and spiritual.
The beauty of yoga is that you never stop learning, it is a path of continuous discovery (about you and everything that surrounds you), sometimes it is simpler and sometimes it becomes more complicated but you always value and internalize what it brings you. Learning to enjoy life a little more.
