I have grown up in a meditative environment, during my childhood, due to my origins.
After a great change in my life, I could not find my place, my mind was on the past or future, but never in the present, in what is really important.
Starting my practice was an essential change in my life and that of those around me. When I wake up in the morning, I practice it, and I know that day will be balanced and full of new illusions.
Yoga has not only generated flexibility and physical strength, but also mental and has meant a new and wonderful personal stage, in which I have learned to know myself, living with fullness and serenity. It is part of me and it makes me feel happy, wanting to transmit and share this well-being with others.
