Yoga is being the way to my inner side, taking me into a deep self-knowledge and towards a wonderful mental peace.
In full discovery, yoga is allowing me to stop my brain, thinking too much and letting more space for the feelings. The inner peace that this produces is incredible.
Working and knowing my body through yoga I have achieved a great mental peace, which I am still learning and enjoying.
In constant learning and development yoga has made me stand still, has helped me to leave behind the rush and all this process that I am living is making me enjoy every moment as if it were the only one.
